Wir laden alle herzlich zum Bildungs- und Vernetzungstag am 18. November 2023 ein – mit Workshops, einem Panel und Raum zum Austausch und Vernetzen (und natürlich ) Essen!

Unter dem Titel „Über_Leben in Göttingen“ möchten wir koloniale Kontinuitäten und kolonialrassistische Strukturen in Göttingen sichtbar machen, thematisieren und kritisch diskutieren.

Wir freuen uns euch in einen oder mehreren der drei Workshops zu sehen :

Um 10 Uhr: „Hätte es Kolonialismus nie gegeben…“ von Namupa Shivute und Göttingen Postkolonial
Um 14 Uhr: “Migrantischer Widerstand in Göttingen – Unsere Arbeit und Herausforderungen” vom BIPoC Kollektiv
Um 16.30 Uhr: „Abolish Ausländerbehörde“ vom AK Asyl

Um 19 Uhr laden wir zum öffentlichen Panelgespräch ein (Moderation: Sarah Böger).

Die Workshops werden auf Deutsch gehalten. Wir organisieren bei Bedarf gerne Flüsterübersetzungen; gibt es im Anmeldeformular an oder kontaktiert uns unter: goettingen-postkolonial@asa-ff.de

We cordially invite you to our next Educational Networking Day on the 18^th of November 2023 – join us in Workshops, the Panel discussion and the overall room for exchange & networking.

Within this day we’d like to identify, talk about and critically discuss colonial continuities as well as colonial-racist structures in Göttingen and society.

We’re looking forward to seeing you in either of the three workshops:

10 am: “What if colonialism had never existed…” by Namupa Shivute and Göttingen Postcolonial
2 pm: “Migrant Resistance in Göttingen – Our Work and Challenges” by the BIPoC Collective
4.30 pm: “Abolish foreign authority” by AK Asyl

At 7 pm we’d also like to invite to a public Panel (Moderation: Sarah Böger).

Note: All Workshops will be held in German. However if needed, we’re happy to organize whisper – translation; please fill out the form below

We are still looking for people to support with simultaneous translation for the workshops and talks. There is a small compensation possible. Get in touch at goettingenpostkolonial@asa-ff.de
